Please keep in mind that some issues may take longer to tackle than others, but rest assured, our Support hub is the best place to get the most up-to-date info on the status of known bugs in the game. We will be updating this info regularly, so be sure to check back from time to time.

If you are currently experiencing an issue with the game, before creating a ticket in our Support page, please check the articles listed below. This way, you can avoid creating duplicates of known issues and avoid reporting problems due to incompatible and underperforming device specs.
